Open Notepad on your computer or a Notebook.
Write down a few points which includes what are you going to do on internet.

So, you start watching the video and you enjoy it.

The reason you enjoyed it is that while you were watching the video your mind was fully involved in that video and hence it was a good experience, similarly the other things you enjoy are only those where your mind is involved in that particular thing. We can call this whole process as Being Present.

It is very important to be present in that task which you are doing at that moment and keep all the distractions away. In this case when you are learning first chapter, you need to turn off your computer and silent your mobile and just involve yourself in that chapter. Just think that you are extracting knowledge from it just like you extracted entertainment from that video.

Just start practicing this whole thing of "Being present" from this moment and you will feel the difference. It will get the best out of you. In the beginning it will be little bit difficult and distractions will fly in your mind but with time they won't and soon a day will come when it will become your characteristic, your way of doing things. So, you are just a few days away from getting the best out of you in whatever work you do. This may sound like a little thing but all the successful people have the magic of "Being Present".

So, you need to do it for longer time and you can also take deep breaths as it will increase the oxygen level in your body and that is what our brain loves the most.

3. Shower : Take shower, if possible, with Luke Warm or hot water. You will feel relief from headache while you are taking shower. After the shower, Few deep breaths and take a nap or use the above mentioned method(Concentrate ).

4. You should have some reason to wake up early in the morning. It might be work or doing exercise etc. Without any reason it becomes difficult to wake up.

5. A very serious advice at the end, for god sake don't use sleeping pills at all. They will spoil your system and will not bring any improvement.
