Monique Angele is an independent singer-songwriter from Australia who recently released a 6-track EP back in September. The title of the album is 'Alive,' and each song on the record represents how it feels to be alive. Weather McNabb recently released a 5-song EP titled 'Cubicle Zombie.' It is the culmination of years of struggling with the daily workplace grind, the challenges women face in that realm and in the world as a whole. We fell in love with Weather's voice on this record, so naturally we had to share a track with our listeners. This particular track, 'War Paint,' not only showcases how strong Weather's vocal abilities are...but you can also hear a strong likeness with Shirley Manson, Fiona Apple, and killer drum beats that remind us of Adam Ant in his hey day. "GIGOLOS" star Nick Hawk is a man of many talents (no pun intended). With the hugely successful Showtime series having recently launched it's sixth season, Nick has had the opportunity to showcase his artistic side as a painter and rapper on the show, and now he is adding his skills as a wrestler this season as well. If that wasn't enough, he explores his love of music even further with the recording of his first country track 'Everybody's Got A Lil' Country In 'Em. Clearly, there are no limits to what Mr. Hawk can do.

Dave Scott is an extraordinarily talented guitarist who was one of the founding members of TUFF LUCK, and 80's hard rock/metal band that was on the cusp of major industry success. The story of why the band never fully crossed over into stardom is the subject of a critically acclaimed documentary by the same name, and Andrew Klein did an amazing job of telling the story of Tuff Luck. If you're a rock fan, and you're anything like me, a talented guitarist that just sets a track on fire is the Holy Grail. Give me the days of scorching riffs, long guitar solos and the like and I'm a happy camper. Some years back I was introduced to a phenomenal rock band by the name of Fosterchild. They had that great classic rock feel with some modern rock thrown in, and yes......they had a killer guitarist by the name of Brian Quinn. As time has gone on the members of Fosterchild have moved on to other projects, but I have always kept an eye on Brian's career and as it turns out there was good reason to. It was recently announced that Brian is joining not one, but two great bands. He has been named a member of Candlebox as well as Le Projet, a new super project involving members of Candlebox, Sevendust and The Infinite Staircase. It was great to see Brian's name associated with these two bands, and I had the pleasure of speaking with him this past week about everything coming up for both projects.

Kaitlyn Dias is a young, very talented actress that we had the pleasure of speaking with recently. She is a relative newcomer to voice acting, but her debut character is one that will leave a definite impression with moviegoers everywhere.....and leave us reaching for far too many tissues.

Kaitlyn is voicing the main character of Riley in Disney/PIXAR'S new movie, 'Inside Out' which hits theaters on June 19, 2015. Check out our interview with Kaitlyn here, and be sure to keep your eyes and ears open for what is sure to be more memorable performances from this talented actress.

Veteran voice actress Lori Alan has provided audiences with some of the most memorable character voices of our time. If you were a fan of Diane Simmons from Family Guy (RIP), or the delightful Pearl The Whale from Spongebob Squarepants then you have been a fan of Lori Alan.

Lori is lending her voice to Disney/PIXAR's new movie, 'Inside Out' which premieres on June 19, 2015. In our interview Lori gives us some great insight into the story that drives this heartwarming movie.

When we last spoke with acclaimed producer/director M. Night Shyamalan about FOX's fascinating new series 'Wayward Pines,' it was just prior to the premiere episode and we already knew there was going to be a major reveal coming for episode five. Now that "The Truth" episode has aired, M. Night was gracious enough to sit down and talk with the press again about the ramifications of this big reveal and what's to come in the upcoming episodes....or at least what he was able to talk about. As always, it was a great chat with Mr. Shyamalan, and fans of the series will want to hear every word.

Rock music just got a much needed infusion this week with the release of Lotus Crush's sophomore album, 'Rabbit Hole.' Lead vocalist Terry McDermott (formerly of Driveblind and The Voice, Season 3 runner up) really got to stretch his legs on this album and along with Scott Mercado and Peter Klett of Candlebox, Island Styles and Mark Mattrey Lotus Crush has delivered a stellar rock record.

It's been a few years since we've had the opportunity to sit down with John O'Callaghan from The Maine. The band's fans received good news recently when they announced the official release date of their upcoming album 'American Candy' for March 31, 2015, and as an added bonus they were treated to the first single off of the record, 'English Girls.' The new single has a very upbeat tone to it and takes us back a bit to their early years, but it has an edge to it that speaks to their maturity and some of the roads they've been down over the years. More than anything, you can hear in John's voice how content and accomplished he feels with this new album, and we had a great conversation about it. Well worth a listen.

Vocal sensation JULIET SIMMS has been a favorite of ours since she was fronting The Automatic Loveletter, though many were first introduced to her through her time on The Voice. A lot has happened in her career throughout the years but one thing is for sure.....she's an incredible talent. We were very excited to learn of her recent EP release, 'All Or Nothing.' She really gets to stretch her vocal chops on this record, and we love each and every track. Wes Cage recently released his solo debut album 'Prehistoric Technology' on January 29, 2015. It definitely impressed us with it's haunting themes and intense vocals. Wes is an exceptionally talented guy with credits in acting, writing, producing, composing, singing and is an accomplished martial artist. There isn't much he can't do, and he was nice enough to chat with me about all of it recently.

Coat Check Girl is an L.A. based rock band that caught our attention recently for their ability to blend alternative, metal and hard rock into a sound that grabs you and holds your attention. CCG is made up of brothers Andre and Alejandro Rodriguez, Toby Harmans and Allan Carnevalle, and they have taken their passion for music and experiences of growing up amongst political unrest and created a sound that I can only explain as unhinged ferociousness.

Brad Carter is a talented actor, musician, and inspirational viral video star. He is currently seen on the final season of Sons Of Anarchy, played a riveting role on the first season of True Detective, has a miniseries and three movies coming up, and an album to be released soon as well. Scientist is an alternative pop duo out of Austin, TX consisting of Brandon DuBois and Jesse Schaefer. They are proud nerds to the core, but aside from that they are a couple of very talented artists. They recently released their 'World EP: Mobile Lab Remix' and debuted their music video for 'Deep Down, Soul Glow Activatur Remix' to great reviews. The minute we saw the video, we knew we had to talk to them.

FOX television's latest hit is GANG RELATED, an intense drama about the ties of family, gangs and even the bonds between police officers. One of the lead actors in the show is Cliff Curtis, arguably one of New Zealand's most talented actors. Cliff has been seen in such films as 'Training Day,' 'Whale Rider,' 'The Piano,' 'Live Free and Die Hard,' just to name a few. He has also been part of some great TV series including 'Missing,''Traffic,' and 'Body of Proof.'

I spoke with Cliff this week regarding the complexity of his character in GANG RELATED, Javier Acosta. Be sure to tune in to watch the show on Thursdays at 9pm PST on FOX.

We were lucky enough to be one of the members of the media once again invited to take part in a conference call interview with Keifer Sutherland, or as millions have come to know him as Special Agent Jack Bauer. Keifer spent nearly a half an hour answering questions from various media outlets, including ours (our question was third to last in the rotation at 21:21), and if possible we are even more excited to watch 24: Live Another Day beginning May 5th. We will be doing previews of each episode through this event series, so keep an eye on our website as well.

Someone once said "Rock and Roll Never Dies." I could take that a step further. I prefer to think of rock music as getting better with age. The more time passes since the genre first took hold, the more we appreciate the truly great rock artists of our time. Artists like Jeffrey "Skunk" Baxter (Doobie Brothers/Steely Dan), Barry Goudreau (formerly of Boston), Fran Sheehan (formerly of Boston), Leroy "LSR" Romans (The Wailers/3rd World), Robert "Mousey" Thomson (James Brown), and lead vocalist Danny Beissel (Fosterchild). What began as a way to give back to charities eight years ago has become something more, and Danny was good enough to fill us in on how it all began as well as where it's headed.

Fozzy has gained some much deserved respect in the metal world, and for good reason. They have been proving for years that they are so much more than their larger than life frontman, pro wrestling great Chris Jericho. They have true talent, and phenomenal stage presence.....not to mention a huge fan following.

Anoop Desai blew the judges and America away with his rendition of Boyz II Men's 'Thank You' on American Idol, season eight. His rich voice kept him in the competition and in the minds of his fans for a good run. However, there is much more to this artist than what he did on Idol, and I had the chance to talk to him about all of it. Anoop is such a nice guy and great artist.....this chat was truly a pleasure. By far one of the most anticipated shows that FOX has offered up to kick off 2013 is 'The Following', starring none other than Kevin Bacon. This thriller featuring a serial killer with cult-like followers and former FBI agent Ryan Hardy played by critically acclaimed actor Kevin Bacon has hit written all over it. We are lucky enough to take part in a conference call interview with Mr. Bacon through out friends at FOX and it was great to hear his personal insights regarding his character and the show itself.

Keifer Sutherland of FOX's new upcoming show 'TOUCH' sat down this morning for a conference call interview with the media. It was a definite pleasure to listen to an actor of Mr. Sutherland's caliber talk so passionately about his new project. With hundreds of members of the press hoping to get a chance to talk to Keifer, he was gracious enough to spend 25 minutes answering all that he could about this great new show from FOX.

I had the pleasure of participating in a FOX television conference call interview with the extraordinary Zooey Deschanel. Zooey spoke with myself and several other members of the media about her upcoming FOX series, 'The New Girl.' Our question was near the end of the interview, but the entire conference call was great and Zooey was very nice to chat with. Be sure to tune into FOX on 9/20 for the season premiere of 'The New Girl.'

Devin Brochu is a very talented young actor that we expect to hear about over and over again in the years to come. We were introduced to him recently when viewing HESHER, an independent film starring Brochu, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Rainn Wilson and Piper Laurie. This film has elements of dark comedy, drama, heavy metal, anarchy, will make you laugh and bring you to tears. We highly recommend it. FOX television was nice enough to invite us to participate in a conference call interview with none other than Leonard Nimoy. He is a recurring guest star on 'Fringe' and talks about that, as well as his recently announced retirement from a long and distinguished acting career. Due to technical difficulties, we were unable to joint the call right at the beginning, but we join it only a few minutes in. With dozens of press outlets on the line and only a limited amount of time, our question was not gotten to this time around. It is a great chat with a legendary actor, nonetheless. Enjoy.

When Renee Walker, played to perfection by Annie Wiersching, was killed off '24' recently countless fans were shocked and disappointed. Diehard fans of the show, however, know deep down that none of the women in Jack's life could be quite that lucky.
