In early 2015 we released a short video about modifying a GM screen to conveniently display multimedia content to your players (the YSDC Super Screen). This was something used to good effect in the later sessions of YSDC's Eternal Lies campaign.

A year on and we return to the project with a second video, demonstrating the original screen concept, what the 2016 version looks like, and what makes it significantly different from before.

As part of our 2013 "March into Madness" we persuaded Chris of the H.P. Lovecraft Literary Podcast to run a game for us. The one he chose was "The Whateleys", a setting he wrote for Robin D. Laws's new DramaSystem.

In The Whateleys , "a family of Lovecraftian cultists struggle to thrive in modern society while hiding their secrets and vying for the favour of the old gods."

EUROPE, 1925. The continent still licks its wounds from the devastating war that raged across it a few years before. When his investigations lead him to fear for his life, he enlists the aid of an unlikely group of allies; a retired colonel, a secretive academic, a magician s wife, and a Yorkshire matriarch with her reluctant assistant. Together they will journey across Europe to recover the long-lost statue. They will travel in style, on the most luxurious train the world has ever seen. Unbeknownst to them, however, their activities have already attracted the attention of a sinister cult, desperate to acquire the artefact for their own dark purposes, and now a terrible creature, trapped for centuries, senses that the opportunity for revenge has come at last...
